FCU Inspection
If the FCU interface has malfunctioned and there is no signal output.
Solution: Use a multimeter to test the ESC signal cable, signal bus. Check if there is pin short circuit or poor contact at the interface, or if there is communication failure caused by PWM or 485 chip short circuit.
Solution of Battery Insertion and Removal Difficultly
1. If the battery holding frame or body frame is out of shape
When inserting or removing the battery, it often wobbles or is not vertically inserted, which can cause the battery clip to deform. The drone crash or the squeezing during violent transportation of heavy load may lead to deformation of the body frame.
Solution: Replace the battery holding frame or body frame.
Solution of Limit Groove (Slot) Cracking
Due to drone crash, the limit groove and the limit slot are cracked, so the motor base cannot be fixed.
Solution: Replace the arm.
